The organiser sets up the game and registers the participants in the new team member Welcome Totem.
Each participant receives an email indicating the deadline for creating the Totem.
Each participant is invited to take the time to get to know their colleague and to choose an animal card as well as a quality card to represent their positive first impressions of their colleague.
The new employee will receive their final Totem by automated email or this will be revealed live during
the team experience.
By adding the personalised gift option, the employee will receive their welcome gift personalised with their final Totem chosen by their new colleagues.
